The high standard of these courses has recently been recognised by the National Council for Further and Higher Education through the accreditation of a number of courses offered by the bank. The bank’s e-learning platform is another tool that provides development opportunities to all staff without the need of having to physically go to our Training Centre. Our strategy is to look ahead and identify skills required in the short and long term, so that BOV employees are equipped with the expertise needed to meet future customer needs”.
