Appointment of director and board composition

Following company announcement no. 134 in connection with the company’s Annual General Meeting, Midi plc advises that David Demarco has been reappointed to the board as a nonexecutive director in terms of Article 102(3) of the Articles of Association of the company. Demarco’s appointment is with effect from 17 June. Demarco is the chief Financial officer of Mapfre MSV Life plc and is a director of Tigné Mall plc. The board of directors of the company is therefore composed of Alec A. Mizzi (chairman), Joseph Bonello, David G. Curmi, David Demarco, Joseph A. Gasan, John Mary sive Jimmy Gatt, Alan Mizzi, Joseph Said and Mark A. Weingard.
