Bank of Valletta offices to open doors for customers

-

Bank of Valletta would like to inform its customers that with effect from Monday, 1 June, it has re-opened a number of customer offices for business meetings by appointment to ensure a safe and controlled environment.

BOV Investment Centres and Wealth Management Unit will reopen their doors for one-to-one meetings with their customers. Opening hours of these centres will be reinstated to the pre-COVID schedule, that is, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

“In view of the positive developments in the local COVID-19 scenario and with all centres now equipped with additional safety measures for the well-being of customers and staff, we can now start to ease the measures which were in force and once again host customers at these centres,” stated BOV chief Business officer, Kenneth Farrugia.

“During the past two months, our centres continued serving customers remotely through phone, email and video-conferencing. Regardless of the challenges that this pandemic has created, which impacted the ability of the bank to cater for faceto-face meetings, I am pleased to say that as a result of our dedicated members of staff, the bank was able to sustain the provision of its services to support investment advisory service to its clients.”

Customers wishing to set an appointment with their Financial Advisors can do so by calling their preferred BOV Investment Centre as follows: Bir id-Deheb – 2275 1377; Gżira – 2275 1349; Mosta – 2275 1334; Qormi – 2275 1314; Valletta – 2275 1315 and Gozo – 2275 1324. Customers may contact Wealth Management on 2275 1133 or visit bovwm@bov.com. Alternatively customers may use an online form or send an email to bovic@bov.com.

Customers visiting these premises are kindly reminded to follow the local health authority guidelines, to wear a visor or mask and use the sanitisers provided at these centres.

Meetings can also be conducted electronically, by phone or videoconferencing for those clients that wish to engage with the bank from the comfort of their home or office.
