Sale of hotel in Spain

The Von der Heyden Group has concluded the sale of its award winning luxury Cugó Gran Hotel in Menorca, Spain.

The sale is expected to have a positive impact on the overall cash position of the Group at year-end 2020 and would enable the full repayment of the €5,000,000 loan granted by the company to Timan Investments Espana S.L. in relation to this property.
