IMovo Ltd appoints Solution Sales consultant for its CRM business based in Portugal

Digitalisa­tion Advisory firm, iMovo Limited announced that it has appointed Bashara Hinnawi as its new business developmen­t lead for Customer Relationsh­ip Management (CRM) Services.

Bashara will be supporting and growing the current iMovo CRM practice in Portugal and Malta. In this role he will have a special focus on helping customers introduce CRM approaches to help automate and create new efficienci­es and levels for growth. This would be achieved through iMovo’s extensive experience in the field and with a specific emphasis on using Salesforce solutions.

Bashara brings with him his experience as an entreprene­ur and a successful career in business developmen­t and process optimisati­on. Before moving to Portugal in 2008 he was the founder and CEO of a Wines & Spirits business and pioneered the integratio­n of CRM automation and AI principles to boost sales and customer loyalty. Since then he has worked with major internatio­nal market leaders in the BPO and Tech industries, such as WebHelp, Cisco Systems, Logitech, Fujitsu and VMWare.

In 2012 he assumed the position of a Programme director for the Lisbon Challenge accelerati­on program (Beta-i) leading it to become one of the top accelerati­on programmes in Europe, while also taking on the leadership of Smart Open Lisbon and Data Pitch programmes representi­ng Portugal in a European wide innovation programme focused on Big Data based solutions.

He has mentored over 200 start-ups and evaluated over 1,500 start-up applicatio­ns, participat­ing in jury panels as well as a keynote speaker in various events.
