Keep innovating as your company grows

ENISIE at the Malta Innovation Hub within Malta Enterprise would like to invite SMEs to develop their own Innovation Blueprint to scale up, diversify, digitalise and internationalise. A team of highly innovative experts in various areas of activity will provide guidance and coaching on how to draft one’s Blueprint, whilst also recommending an adaptation plan. The workshop will be organised by the Lead Expert who will work with the applicant to fill in and submit this application form.

Entrepreneurs may choose up to three professional experts who will propose possible innovation opportunities and assist in the implementation of the recommended adaptation plan. There will be funding opportunities for the experts to supervise the implementation of selected Blueprints, allocating up to €5000 to cover the cost of the expert without burdening enterprises with this extra expense. Aside from that financial aid, a grant of €8400 will also be designated to selected applicants in order to assist with the implementation costs of their innovation adaptation plan.

Experts’ areas of expertise include Social Innovation, Financing, IoT implementation,

Operational digitalisation, Prototyping and additive manufacturing, Internationalisation and Technology, IT and Marketing.

The adaptation plan will formulate innovative products, services or processes for the applicant. The proceedings and reporting will take the form of:

• Business Check – a co-innovation workshop, to be attended both by the project partners' representatives and by a maximum of four (4) external experts identified based on the specific needs of the target Applicant.

• Business Blueprint – a document indicating the productivity requirements, necessary activities, milestones, objectives and results that the Applicant must achieve in order to effectively embark on a path of recovery. Proposals should ideally be in Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Big Data, Additive Manufacturing and Augmented Reality.

Interested SMEs are encouraged to get in touch with advisers from ENISIE within Malta Enterprise on network@mlsp.com.mt or contact the Malta Life Sciences Park on +356 22477601. A member of the team will get in touch with further information and details on how to proceed with the application process.
