Evolution’s Malta Leadership Summit brings together leaders from seven departments under one roof

Evolution's Malta Leadership Summit brought together leaders from seven departments to celebrate the company's current and future leaders. The summit was attended by 100 top executives, managers and leaders who gathered to provide insights into the company's vision and strategies, reflect on the leadership traits that are at the forefront to setting people up for success and share best practices to fuel collaboration across the organisation.

This interactive summit, which was moderated by Dr Vanessa Borg, head HR Malta, Belgium, Spain, UK, Gibraltar and Taiwan, generated some creative responses as the panelists shared some life lessons and key takeaways which they experienced during their growth journeys. Numerous techniques were employed to harvest feedback from the participants and reecho the company’s values which are the bedrock of the company’s DNA.

The summit included a panel discussion with key company speakers such as Todd Haushalter, Evolution's chief Product officer; Bjorn Sjoberg, chief Commercial officer Europe; Julija Ulmane, head of Ops Malta, Belgium and Spain;

Dr Vanessa Borg, head of HR Malta, Belgium, Spain, UK, Gibraltar and Taiwan; Ignatius D'Anastasi, Technical Operations lead; Brian Ferrante, head of Business Control – Europe and Viktorija Jaksina, Customer Support manager.

Todd Haushalter closed the panel by stating: "What really makes Evolution a special place to work is its people.
