Eighteen Re/Max agents successfully complete the revamped ‘Succeed’ course

-

RE/MAX Malta and the Real Estate Academy accredited a group of 18 associates who successfully completed their ‘Succeed’ course training programme. ‘Succeed’ is an eight-week intensive training programme which is designed to train RE/MAX associates and assist them in building their careers and developing them into successful real estate agents. The training programme covers business planning, goal setting, dealing with buyers, social media, dealing with sellers and marketing techniques, amongst others.

Jeffrey Buttigieg, Regional Director of Re/Max Malta said: “The Succeed training programme is an ideal course for any aspiring real estate agent. The course is a career kickstarter as well as a great tool for experienced agents that need a re-training programme.”

The Succeed course was recently revamped and now includes a social media module and other modern, fresh content customised for today’s real estate market. Commenting about the course, Mr Buttigieg added: “In agreement with senior management at Re/Max, we were allowed to take the lead in enhancing and modernising Succeed to a more up-to-date version. The context will always remain the same, however we brought in local experts to cover areas such as sanitary laws, social media and other topics.”

Succeed is a foundation training programme which is the start for all the Re/Max associates’ educational process through the Real Estate Academy, which eventually leads them into attending the Tom Ferry ‘Sales Power’, Richard Robbins ‘Masters Edge’ and other customised training courses.

Next week another group of 15 associates will start their educational process with ‘Succeed’. Ever since the Re/Max Malta Real Estate Academy was founded, the company has made their training programmes mandatory for all real estate associates.

Mr Buttigieg concluded by saying: “Keeping a process and mentality of learning is the philosophy of the company. This is why we have the Online University and International Conventions full of educational material. It is in our culture and this is what makes us number one.”
