18 Re/Max estate agents successfully complete revamped succeed course

-

Re/Max Malta and the Real Estate Academy have accredited a group of 18 associates who successfully completed their succeed course training programme. This eightweek intensive training programme is designed to train Re/Max associates and help them develop their careers and become successful real estate agents. The training programme covers business-planning, goal-setting, dealing with buyers, social media, dealing with sellers and marketing techniques, amongst others.

Re/Max Malta regional director Jeffrey Buttigieg said: “The succeed training programme is an ideal course for any aspiring real estate agent. It is a career kick-starter as well as a great tool for experienced agents who need a re-training programme.”

The course has recently been revamped and now includes a social media module along with other modern, fresh content customised for today’s real estate market. Commenting on the course, Mr Buttigieg added: “In agreement with senior management at Re/Max, we were allowed to take the lead in enhancing and modernising Succeed. The context will always remain the same, but we brought in local experts to cover areas such as sanitary laws, social media and other topics.”

Succeed is a foundation training programme which is the start for all Re/Max associates’ educational process through the Real Estate Academy, which eventually leads them into attending Tom Ferry’s Sales Power, Richard Robbins’ Masters Edge and other customised training courses. Next week another group of 15 associates will start their educational process with Succeed. Ever since the Re/Max Malta Real Estate Academy was founded, the company has made its training programmes mandatory for all its real estate associates.

Mr Buttigieg concluded by saying: “Keeping a process and mentality of learning is the philosophy of the company. This is why we have the Online University and International Conventions full of educational material. It is in our culture and this is what makes us number one.”
