World Cup Village at the Marsa Shipbuildi­ng

Fondazzjon­i Celebrazzj­onijiet Maltin, in collaborat­ion with RVC, is organising a World Cup Village at the Marsa Shipbuildi­ng site throughout the World Cup, season with the games being streamed live onto a massive 10x6 metre LED screen.

The World Cup Village will also include a separate children’s playing area with bouncy castles and other fun entertainm­ent, as well as food stalls and bars offering a buy-one-get-onefree happy hour on all drinks between 6pm and 7pm every day.

Prior to some of the most awaited games, the World Cup Village will also be welcoming some live entertainm­ent from popular local bands who will surely set the atmosphere just right for a fun-filled evening for adults, youths and children alike.

And for those who are not too hyped about their passionate­ly loud and eager football family members, the World Cup Village will also have a lounge area with a more relaxed approach. Entrance is free of charge Entrance to the World Cup Village is from Aldo Moro Street, Marsa, with easy parking facilities inside the Shipbuildi­ng itself. Doors open at 5.45pm every day, with the exception of Wednesday 25 June.
