Strengthened collaboration between PPG and Sigma Coatings Malta
Sigma Coatings (Malta) Ltd has just signed a new agreement with PPG, the world’s leading protective coatings company, to manufacture a wide range of products in Malta under licence for the decorative paints, marine and protective coatings markets. It has also signed an agreement to act as a distributor for PPG for an even wider range of products not produced locally.
Sigma Coatings (Malta) Ltd has just announced its new management structure, with Anthony V. Critien as chairman, Patrick Tabone as managing director and Boris Vasiljevic as director. The company has also launched a new marketing campaign as part of a broader, threeyear strategic plan.
A reception to celebrate these developments was held last week at the Quarterdeck Bar at the Hilton hotel in the company of PPG’s Protective Coatings director for Western Europe David Heal.
