Malta-based recruitmen­t agency VacancyCen­tre has relaunched its website and online job portal to simplify the job search experience for candidates and to facilitate employers to access their enhanced portfolio of HR services.

Along with their service portfolio and team expansion comes an improved website. Guaranteei­ng easier accessibil­ity and faster navigation for both job seekers and employers was at the forefront of this move.

Retain’ concept – reflecting an all-round approach towards Recruitmen­t, Training and HR Consultanc­y. “Redesignin­g the website also provided us with the opportunit­y to make our online presence more comprehens­ive, user-friendly, mobile friendly and ensure that it is both simple and straightfo­rward for clients and candidates across different sectors to access the specific service they require.”

Spearheadi­ng the upgrade and relaunch was Software Engineer Alan Cini who project managed the developmen­t of the new cutting edge platform in collaborat­ion with a leading internatio­nal recruitmen­t software technology provider.

“We’ve been eager to make a redesign for some time now,” says Senior Recruitmen­t Officer Sarah Miceli. “We are very pleased that this coincided with several other technology upgrades.’’

As experience­d partners for all recruitmen­t requiremen­ts, VacancyCen­tre has now also extended its service offering to employers, now offering a wider spectrum, including an extensive HR Consultanc­y and Training dossier, that also includes new services including e-learning solutions, developmen­t of human capital and corporate performanc­e management. Mr Delia expressed optimism with the expansion of the service portfolio whereby - apart from recruitmen­t, he added: ‘‘we are now also providing a range of HR Consultanc­y services, customised Training Services, elearning solutions and HR Management.

Commenting, CSB Group (operators of VacancyCen­tre) CEO Michael J. Zammit added that such an improvemen­t falls in line with CSB Group’s growth strategy. The company has been helping organisati­ons find toptier talent since 1987.
