Microsoft Malta, Brown’s Pharma Ltd and Arkadia Marketing Ltd win BLM Employee Research Award
BLM Employee Research is an online study that provides valuable insight into employee perception of various aspects within an organisation. Participating organisations are divided into three categories according to company size, and the highest scoring organisation in each category is acknowledged by receiving an award. This year, Microsoft Malta was the winner in the 10-59 employees category, Brown’s Pharma Ltd won the 60-149 employees category and Arkadia Ltd was the winner in the 150+ employees category.
The survey is designed to examine the successes and shortcomings of human capital management strategies and provides key decision-makers with actionable information that can be crucial in the strategic design of an organisation’s yearly HR roadmap. It is also intended to provide a snapshot of how an organisation fares when compared to other organisations in the market.
Awards for the 2014 Business Leaders’ Employee Research were presented at the first Business Leaders Malta HR Spring Event, which took place on 29 April at the newly refurbished Radisson BLU in St Julian’s. The event saw over a hundred HR professionals gather to listen to the experiences, challenges and insight of four keynote speakers, amongst whom was Dr Denis Cauvier, one of North America’s top speakers and consultants on finding, engaging and retaining exceptional talent.
