Bluebrain Education inaugurated at SmartCity Malta

-

“Malta has fast become one of Europe’s premier EFL destinations. This is due to the long-established ties the island has had with the English language, coupled with its fantastic natural resources that have made it an attractive location for business, agents and private students alike. Furthermore, SmartCity Malta’s vision is to create a global network of self-sustained business townships to foster the ‘knowledge economy’ has enticed our organisation to set up in this beautiful location.” This was announced by Bluebrain Education managing director Stephen Adeoye during the official opening of the company’s premises.

Bluebrain Education Ltd will be offering English language training, geared specifically towards-different entities and industries.

Mr Adeoye added: “The growth of our industry is the result of the increased popularity of the English language. Today, English is so widely spoken that it is often referred to as a ‘world language’, the lingua franca of the modern era.Whilst English is not an official language in most countries, it is currently the language often taught as a foreign language around the world. Some linguists believe that it is no longer the exclusive cultural property of ‘native English speakers’, but is rather a language that is absorbing aspects of cultures worldwide as it continues to grow.”

Welcoming Bluebrain Education to SmartCity Malta, CEO Anthony Tabone said: “Bluebrain Education is the second educational institution to open at SmartCity Malta, further strengthening our educational cluster concept. With the opening of Bluebrain Education we will soon be welcoming more students to SmartCity Malta, where they can meet and network at this international campus.

“Bluebrain’s philosophy is very much in sync with our vi- sion at SmartCity Malta: to create a global network of self-sustained business townships to foster the knowledge and educational economy, whilst generating jobs. Therefore, we are delighted and honoured to welcome Bluebrain Education to SmartCity Malta.”

Inspired by the research undertaken as part of the Bluebrain Project at the polytechnic University in Lausanne, and with over 30 years’ experience in English-language training from its founders, who have learnt and worked with various methodologies within the industry, the company has selected the best components of each and developed its own Bluebrain concept. This ensures faster and more sustainable learning and use of the main vocabulary and phrases.

In the modern training rooms, students are trained by the company’s professional trainers using the latest teaching methods. With the combination of a holiday atmosphere, classroom training and the Video Limbic Learning System, maximum fun and success are guaranteed. The Video Limbic Learning System includes numerous films, from blockbusters to industry specifics, that can be accessed via smart phones, iPads and the Internet.
