Malta Baby & Kids Directory launches new competition for children

The Malta Baby & Kids Directory is launching a new children’s competition, Malta Baby & Kids Show Talent. This totally new concept will give children a platform to express themselves and show off their special skills through the medium of videos.

The Malta Baby & Kids Directory has set up this project in order to create something new and playful for children. By participating, they will be able to showcase their skills by shooting a short video of their talent whatever it may be.

The aim of the Malta Baby & Kids competitions is always to entertain children and promote creativity in all its forms. This is especially true of the long summer break when parents are looking for creative ways in which to entertain their offspring.

The competition is open to children aged three to 14 years and submissions must be of any vi- sual artistic interpretation such as dancing, gymnastics, singing, magic tricks, mime, acting or joke telling in video format. Participants can email a video of no longer than two minutes on maltababyandkidsshowtalent@gmail.com before Wednesday, 17 August.

Videos will be vetted by our panel of judges and posted on our Facebook Page maltababyandkids.com, linked through our website www.maltababyandkids.com with ed- ited videos hosted on our YouTube channel Malta Baby & Kids Show Talent. The public will be asked to vote by “like”-ing and “share”-ing their favourite entries, through which a shortlist of talented children will be determined.

Who will be the best? The answer will be announced at the end of the competition!
