De Mondion reaches for the Orient

Chef Kevin Bonello of de Mondion restaurant will be collaborat­ing with chef Kazunori Otowa, owner and chef to Relais & Chateaux Property, Restaurant Otowa.

Using typical Mediterran­ean ingredient­s, with Japanese culinary skill, the two have come up with an idyllic gastronomi­c feast on Tuesday, 9 August! The chefs have designed a sixcourse menu, truly enticing the palate. By using local ingredient­s injected with Japanese flare, they have really found the soul within each of their dishes, while highlighti­ng them to perfection with their combined skills.
