Guaranteed learning and fun at Neptunes Swimming School

-

The highly successful Neptunes Summer School is once again underway. The school, which is one of the oldest and most successful on the island, was set up to inspire and teach children how to swim and use the appropriate skills and to be safe around water. The school is organised by one of its dedicated and experienced coaches, Monique Mangion, who, together with her team, is passionate about delivering fun and professional swimming lessons for all ages and abilities.

This year the swimming school is being attended and overseen by Andy Colbourn, Neptunes new head coach. Andy Colbourn does not need any introduction in the local swimming scene. He has been the Malta national coach for the last nine years, during which time he has produced Malta’s best ever swimming results abroad and has coached swimmers to over 70 new national records as well as countless age group records.

Neptunes WPSC prides itself on its reputation of the delivery of high standards of swimming tuition and coaching. The school is professionally run by qualified and experienced swimming teachers. The prestigious coaching team is made up of a number of swimmers who are currently excelling in this sport or who have been top swimmers in the past, namely Amy Micallef, Edward Caruana Dingli and Davina Mangion, who have among them set no less than five age group records, six national records and were part of relay teams who set five national records, to mention a few. All coaches and helpers are trained and qualified to attend to the needs of the different abilities and ages of the swimmers, in a nice, safe and friendly environ- ment. Parents are welcome to stay and watch their children during the sessions, while enjoying the amenities of the newly refurbished Neptunes Club.

By attending the Neptunes Swimming School, your child is guaranteed to have fun and learn by some of the best coaches on the island in the best and safest way possible.
