Frank Salt Real Estate appoints new human resources manager

-

Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd recently appointed Rania Zouari as the new Human Resources Manager. Ms Zouari has taken over the human resources responsibilities from Sandra Aquilina, who will now focus her energy on managing the Balzan office and the Balzan training centre where all Frank Salt employees receive extensive training.

Backed by a degree in psychology, Ms Zouari started her career working with children with learning difficulties, moving on to recruitment in different sectors, later to become the HR manager of a leading financial institution. Ms Zouari explains: “I am really excited to have the opportunity to work with such a dynamic team and look forward to developing and implementing processes that will contribute positively to the overall success of Frank Salt Real Estate.”

Frank Salt Real Estate will be opening five new branches soon as part of the five-year growth plan launched in 2014. The new branches will increase exposure for Frank Salt Real Estate in prominent localities, namely Ibrag, Mosta, Fgura, San Gwann and Cospicua. The flagship branch in Sliema has also been expanded to cater for the everincreasing demand for property in the area. In view of such expansion, the company has recognized the necessity to have different managers dedicated to recruitment and training. Frank Salt Real Estate is confident that Ms Zouari can steer the company’s Human Resources in the right direction at this crucial time, as the company heads towards its 50th year of operations.
