Second call for ITS full-time courses
The Institute of Tourism Studies issued a second call for applications for entry into its full-time programmes of studies. Applications will be received on 5, 6 and 7 September at the Institute’s main campus is St George’s Bay, St Julians.
Full-time courses at the Institute of Tourism Studies begin in October and prospective students who meet the necessary course requirements can apply to start their studies from the various entry points within the Institute’s academic progression programme, as follows: • Foundation in Hospitality and Tourism;
• Certificate in Travel & Tourism; • Certificate in Rooms Division; • Certificate in Events & Leisure; • Certificate in Food Preparation
& Production; • Higher National Diploma in
Hospitality Management; and • Higher National Diploma in Tour Guiding. Consolidating work from last year, the Institute’s various programmes of study are built around a streamlined progres- sive system whereby prospective students can enrol at the various entry points offer by the Institute’s progression system and advance year after year until they attain the highest qualifications available.

Applications, duly filled and accompanied by all required documentation must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office at the Institute of Tourism Studies in St Julian’s.
