Summer team-building celebration for Maltco employees

Maltco Lotteries, the custodian of Malta’s national lottery brand, hosted their annual summer staff gathering at The Palace, Sliema for an evening of teambuilding and socialising.

The evening was filled with a number of fun activities that helped Maltco’s employees see each other in a different light and allowed them to connect in a different setting. All the staff enjoyed a relaxing and entertaining evening which included a variety of team-building games themed around movies.

To increase the fun element and to promote interaction a number of games were played between Maltco’s various corporate departments with a healthy sense of competing developing from time to time.

This summer treat gives all members of staff the opportunity to discuss informally among themselves and also with Maltco’s executive team about their every day experiences while also meet and talk with the company’s CEO Mr Kasiotakis and to exchange views.

Maltco Lotteries Corporate Communications & PR manager Gertrude Borg Marks said that all Maltco staff was able to gather at The Palace for the much-awaited summer barbecue. One of the most powerful reasons for team-building is to get results.

Throughout the evening, through a series of planned team-bonding games and events that were fun and motivational, Maltco employees could continue to build skills in communication, planning, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
