Malta’s iGaming Excellence Awards 2017 – Malta’s Largest iGaming Awards

-

George Carol Malta’s iGaming Excellence Awards 2017 is set to attract over 500 C-level corporates with top quality entertainment and a unique comprehensive awards programme which will wow the audience at the gala premier being held at one of the most luxurious five-star hotels, which details will be confirmed in next week’s instalment.

That the iGaming industry is as exciting and innovative is a wellknown fact. These awards include sports betting and affiliate marketing sectors, regulation, innovation, start-ups, and land and online-based casinos. Few events provide such a platform to celebrate the best-of-the-best in iGaming. The organisers have over 10 years’ experience organising both local and overseas events of this genre and they are unmatched where such award galas are concerned. They have already successfully organised Malta’s Best Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and Malta’s Bestin-Business Awards over the past years, with the gala evenings attracting a sell-out of over 500 distinguished guests and partners.

The event, taking place on Friday 5th May, will be the island’s largest and most prestigious iGaming awards gala. Gathering all the key players in the iGaming industry, who gather under one umbrella and take part in a prestigious transparent award programme, which also acts as a springboard for B2B networking, knowledge sharing and business development.

Martin Vella, the organiser behind this and many other thriving corporate business events, explained that, “the intention behind this award programme, designed over two years ago, was to bring all iGaming clusters in the industry, from all imaginable sectors, under one roof. The objective is to keep the industry healthy and booming, yet at the same time recognising, honouring and celebrating outstanding individuals and companies who are prime movers and act as role models for the industry. These winners and achievers also con- tribute significantly to our island’s economic growth. We have worked tirelessly to bring as much players as possible, and we faced many challenges, as well as the MGA’s indifference, which we had approached over a year ago. We had to overcome a lot of hurdles and fight prejudices, which are still prevalent in some sectors in Malta. I encourage r epresentatives from all sectors of the industry, including solution providers, operators, and affiliates to attend. This is an event for everyone, to everyone and by everyone in iGaming industry,” Mr Vella emphasised. Mr Vella said that what makes this event so prestigious and so unique is the fact that it is wholly organised from A-Z by Maltese and the industry does not have to rely on foreigners to bring in experts to organise such profes- sional events (at exorbitant costs). “We have proved that as Maltese, we are on a par with foreign experts, and at times even ahead of the game where organisation and meticulous attention to detail is concerned. That is why the Minister for Competitiveness and Digital, Maritime and Services had promised us his support, which is why other corporate entities should follow suit,” underlined Mr Vella.

If you are in iGaming and want to be nominated in one of the 28 categories, you must attend the Malta’s iGaming Excellence Awards this May. Renowned as the go-to award event for iGaming professionals, Malta’s iGaming Excellence Awards is a huge opportunity for members of the iGaming industry to come together, network, celebrate exceptional business leaders in the iGaming sector, as well as enjoy an unforgettable night with surprises in store for all.
