New larger Fgura office for Frank Salt Real Estate

-

Frank Salt Real Estate held the official opening of its new Fgura branch office in Zabbar Road last week. Led by one of the company’s seasoned managers Stanley Bonello, the office offers highly professional real estate services with the assistance of 10 consultants, all meticulously trained to support clients with the sale, purchase, valuations and rental of properties all around the island but with particular focus in the east to south of the island.

“In 1981, Frank Salt opened its first office in Paola to serve the south of the island, an unprecedented step in the local real estate world, as there were no agencies who had done this before. Property transactions till then had been made either directly or with the intervention of a ‘sensar/a’. There was an evident need and we stepped in to fill it,” said Frank Salt Real Estate Director Joe Lupi.

The services and support Frank Salt Real Estate offered there went down very well with the locals and the office became one of the company’s busiest branches; so much so that expanding was not an option anymore. Since then Frank Salt Real Estate opened further offices in the area, mainly Fgura; one just across the road from the new office in Fgura, and more recently in Marsascala and Cospicua.

“I joined Frank Salt Real Estate in 2004 and have seen the offices grow from strength to strength with the space available never being enough for our needs. These are very busy offices, manned by a team of very energetic and ethically conscious consultants; and I am proud to manage both Fgura and Cospicua branches,” said Branch Manager Stanley Bonello.

Mr Bonello and his team were highly commended by the Chairman and Directors for their excellent track record, having won the Best Branch award a number of times, most recently in 2015 and 2016 in appreciation for their outstanding service and contribution through Frank Salt Real Estate’s previous Fgura location just across the road.
