New and improved Bay Breakfast hits the airwaves tomorrow

89.7 Bay’s new and improved breakfast show hits the airwaves tomorrow morning.

Daniel Testa will host the new Bay Breakfast alongside Ylenia Spiteri - promising the biggest hits, the latest news and traffic information as well as Malta's biggest prizes.

Station manager Kevin Decesare said: "This is a huge moment for 89.7 Bay. It's been exciting to watch both Daniel and Ylenia grow and grow over the past three years at Bay.

“Daniel is a huge talent – the likes of which Malta hasn’t seen for some time – and Ylenia has done a superb job waking up Malta with record audience figures for the past three years.

“They have a hugely experienced team behind them and we're all very excited about the new Bay Breakfast with Daniel and Ylenia.”

Talking about the new show Daniel said: “I grew up listening to Bay Breakfast, and to say I'm thrilled is an understatement.

“Waking up the people of Malta and Gozo with Ylenia is going to be awesome and we’re going to have a ridiculous amount of fun.”

Before landing the incredible Bay Breakfast job, Daniel hosted the radio station's afternoon shift, which he presented for the past two years. Ylenia added: “Bay Breakfast is my dream job. I love working with Daniel and we always have such a laugh. I can’t wait to keep him in check!"

89.7 Bay is Malta's number one radio station, with more listeners than rival stations Magic, Vibe and XFM put together.

Bay Breakfast with Daniel and Ylenia starts tomorrow at 6.30am.
