Frank Salt Real Estate offers a new value added service

-

Frank Salt Real Estate is currently offering a new and exciting technology based feature adding ever-increasing value to the recently launched Sole Agency Premium Plus package, which already includes an extensive list of services to clients putting their properties on the market.

Using new technology, homeowners will have their property filmed in a 360 degrees walkthrough, achieving a visually stunning experience similar to Google Street view, where one can interact in a virtual space viewing a property from home or a Frank Salt Real Estate office.

“By means of this innovative technology, we are able to immerse prospective buyers to find and explore our properties from the comfort of their homes or visit one of our branches to explore dozens of properties within minutes, saving hours of travelling around,” Director Dar- ren De Domenico commented.

Virtual reality is even more important for foreign buyers living overseas, who might not need to fly to Malta to physically look at property, but can visualise it and be taken through the property from their preferred electronic device. “Open houses are only a couple of hours a week but with virtual reality, we can be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year,” De Domenico added.

Frank Salt Real Estate’s virtual tours are fully interactive, meaning that a homebuyer can chose where they want to go and what they want to see. Additionally, every tour can also be viewed with a virtual reality headset device such as Samsung VR or Google Cardboard for an enhanced experience.

Besides being available as a standard service to the company’s premium plus sole agency properties, these 360 virtual reality walkthroughs are also being extended to higherend property listings, at no additional cost to clients listing their properties on sole agency with Frank Salt Real Estate.
