Dove supports Malta’s first synchronised swimming club

-

Dove, the UK’s No. 1 skincare anti-perspirant brand, has announced a supporting partnership with Synchro Knights, the first synchronised swimming club in Malta by keeping athletes fresh through the distribution of Dove products. Synchronised swimming is a form of artistic swimming and a hybrid form of swimming, dance and gymnastics, with swimmers performing a synchronised routine of elaborate moves accompanied by music.

As part of the partnership, the brand will introduce the Dove Self-esteem project in Malta, the project’s aim being to ensure that the next generation grows up enjoying a positive relationship with the way they look; helping young people raise their self-esteem and realize their full potential.

Kim Borg from George Borg Ltd, local distributors of Dove said: “We are delighted to announce our support towards Synchro Knights and are looking forward to an exciting array of events. We’re proud to be providing our caring anti-perspirant products to the association, helping competitors feel fresh throughout the day.”

Claire Blake, representative of Synchro Knights commented: “We are delighted to welcome Dove to the Club’s family of partners. The brand will bring wonderful support to our efforts to continue to grow our events. We look forward to approaching another exciting year of events feeling fresh and ready to go.”

At Dove, the belief is that no young person should be held back from reaching their full potential. However, low body confidence and anxieties over appearance keep young people from being their best selves, affecting their health, friendships and even performance at school. For more than 10 years, Dove has been helping parents, mentors, teachers and youth leaders deliver self-esteem education that’s reached more than 20 million young people so far.
