Business Leaders Malta and iGaming Idol join forces for third consecutive year

-

Business Leaders Malta will once again be joining forces with iGaming Idol to deliver the Employer of the Year Award at the spectacular iGaming Idol Awards Show on 11 September 2019.

Created to recognise top talent within the gaming industry, this year, the premium award show identifies 20 award categories, ranging from Tech Idol to Fraud and Risk Idol of the Year amongst others. Among these categories is the Employer of the Year - first introduced in the second edition of the iGaming Idol Awards in 2017.

Growing in popularity, the iGaming Idol Employer of the Year Award will, for the third consecutive year, give individuals and companies in the gaming industry the recognition they deserve for their outstanding work in employee engagement and satisfaction.

Companies will be judged based on a rigorous independent scientific study created and curated by Business Leaders Malta in which employee satisfaction and engagement are gauged and benchmarked across various domains. Results from this study will determine the category’s winner which iGaming Idol will announce on the night of the show in September.

Speaking about the upcoming edition of the iGaming Idol ‘Employer of the Year’ award, Business Leaders Malta CEO Morgan Parnis noted how delighted he was to see so many organisations prioritising those initiatives in which employees take centre stage, stating: “it brings me great satisfaction to see all of these companies invest in initiatives which more than anything benefit the wellbeing of their people.”

He also went on to remark: “As always, we’re thrilled to be a part of this hugely successful and innovative event. It’s truly an honour and pleasure to have been entrusted by iGaming Idol to deliver the ‘Employer of the Year’ award for the third consecutive time since its inception, and to be working with such an amazing and professional team.”

Echoing that sentiment, Managing Director Pierre Lindh said: “We are excited to work with BLM for the third consecutive year on the ‘Employer of the Year’ award of iGaming Idol. For such a prestigious award, it was important for us to create a process of high integrity to live up to the prestigious-ness of the award. BLM turned out to be the perfect partner to execute this process with us, creating a fair employee survey which not only highlights which company has the happiest employees, but also brings value to the participating companies by offering important data on the wellbeing of each company’s employees.”

Business Leaders Malta’s Employee’s Voice research aims to help companies recognise the true achievement of their organisation by offering insights on which levers to pull to better engage their workforce, boost company productivity, and increase employee happiness.
