National Coaches Karl Izzo and Anthony Farrugia have selected the following players for the European Junior Water Polo Championships to be held in Tbilisi, Georgia. The top 16 nations, split into 4 groups, will be battling it out in the Olympic Outdoor Swimming Pool over the next week in this prestigious competition.
Malta will play their first match on Sunday 11th August at 16:00hrs against Italy. On Monday 12th August they meet Turkey at 13:00hrs, with the final group match being played against Russia on Tuesday 13th August at 20:30hrs.
The contingent, led by Joe Caruana Curran ASA President, left Malta yesterday morning and will return on Monday 19th August.
