-

Maltese eSports Team, KC Racing, consisting of, Keith Camilleri, Brandon Tabone, Omar Barbara, Kurt Camilleri, Bernard Vella, John Agius, Richard Gafencu and sponsored by Vesaro are competing in the World GT Championship.

For this championship the team is using a Ferrari 488 GTE. This car was chosen after different cars were tested and the team learned that this car is good in all circuits, not always the fastest but offered best overall performance in all circuits.

The championship took the team to 13 different circuits – Brands Hatch GP, Snetterton 300, Bella Isle, Zolder GP, Imola Gp, Monza Gp, Laguna Seca, Spa, Motegi Gp, COTA, Silverstone Gp, Road America Bend and Catalunya.

Tomorrow they will be at Watkins Glen for the last and final race. That will make it 34 races in total including one endurance race of 90 minutes and the rest Sprint Races consisting of 3 races of 20 minutes each.

For team captain Keith Camilleri Imola is his favourite circuit followed closely by Catalunya. Keith insisted that Imola must be his 1st since he raced his real racing car there.

At the moment Keith Camilleri is leading the Drivers’ Championship with 137 points, and KC Racing team is leading the Team Championship with 441 points. With this advantage they need to finish one of the 3 remaining races to win both Drivers and Team Championships.

This will be extremely great since it is the first time that KC Racing are taking part in this championship.

The last round consisting of 3 races of 20 minutes each will happen at Watkins Glen on Monday 18th and it will be livestreamed and can be followed via a link on the facebook page of KC Racing eSports.
