New COO and CFO for APS Bank

APS Bank welcomes on board two new members to its C-suite. Noorul-ain Khan is the bank’s first chief Operating officer (COO) and Ronald Mizzi takes over as chief Financial officer (CFO).

Khan, a South African national, graduated B.Com from the University of Witwatersr­and in 1997 followed by Honours in Accounting from the University of NatalDurba­n in 1999. In 2001 she qualified as a CA with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountant­s and articled with Deloitte. Her career then crossed into the automotive industry with BMW before moving into progressiv­ely senior financial services positions with Barclays, Nedbank, FirstRand, Investec Private Banking and Basileus. Khan brings a wealth of internatio­nal and multifario­us experience to her role.

Mizzi, a Maltese national, graduated B.Com from the University of Malta in 2000, followed by Honours in Accounting in 2002. He

Noorul-ain Khan obtained his warrant as CPA and Practicing Certificat­e in Auditing in 2005 and has a Diploma in VAT Compliance (2008). He is also a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountant­s. Ronald started his career with Pricewater­houseCoope­rs in 2002, with parallel engagement­s in Malta, the Channel Islands and New York. In 2006 he joined FIMBank plc, assuming higher responsibi­lities until becoming executive vice president and Group chief Financial officer.
