Two manager appointments at Frank Salt Real Estate’s Letting Division

-

Neil Gatt Coleiro and Andrew Tabone have recently been appointed as Letting managers for the company’s St Julian’s and Spinola offices respectively.

Both Neil and Andrew are seasoned letting consultants who have formed part of #teamfrank for the past 10 years. Neil joined Frank Salt Real Estate in 2012, as a letting agent in Sliema, Spinola and St Julian’s branches, outperforming himself year in year out. Neil has gained all the necessary knowledge and experience to make sure all parties involved are happy with the outcome. He is hard-working, organised and results driven.

Neil already has plans in his new role. “I will be looking to make sure that the consultants already forming part of the team at Frank Salt continue to thrive, both individually and collectively, while also upholding and maintaining the standards, respect and reputation that the company has built over the years and now enjoys. We will also be looking to grow the team by adding a couple of like-minded individuals looking to start a successful, long-term career in real estate,” Neil added.

Andrew is a fantastic team player with a positive attitude and always yearning for a challenge. Being a high achiever, he is also highly motivated to lead his colleagues “my aim is to keep the Spinola branch a vibrant office, where my team is ready to roll up their sleeves and keep pulling the same rope together”, said Andrew.

Both Neil and Andrew are holders of countless awards which they earned over the years, thanks to their hard work, commitment and dedication and they are always willing to offer all the help and support to their colleagues. “We are confident that they will lead their teams by example and will offer the required support and guidance to make sure all consultants on their teams reach their maximum potential,” added director Darren De Domenico.

This year, the company’s letting division has seen a strong recovery, due to a substantial increase in demand as well as thanks to a fantastic team. A good number of promising letting consultants have been engaged in the past few months, who have also contributed to this success.

Letting Division manager Philippa Tabone had this to say: “These are well-deserved appointments for both Neil and Andrew, who have always been loyal, diligent and have always serviced their clients in a very professional manner. As we continue to expand our letting team to meet the ever-growing demand, we felt that it was the opportune time to appoint a letting branch manager for our offices in St Julian’s and Spinola.”
