Macedonia, Leġġendarji AFC are still on top

Macedonia and Leġġendarji AFC maintained their first position in their respective group standings as they almost confirmed their place in the second phase of L'Equipe Summer League.

Macedonia had a fine 7-3 win over FM Interiors while Leġġendarji were handed a 5-0 win as they opponents didn't show up.

After eight rounds of matches, one could see that the groups are well-balanced with some teams vying for a top place in the second round of this competition.

Macedonia won the direct encounter against FM Interiors 7-3 to confirm their good form of late. Jovanche Angelovski netted a hattrick with the best scorer of the league Daniel Stojanov scoring a brace. Niupi FC and ROA Brothers are following Macedonia after winning their respective matches against Marsaskala (9-3) and Kanon Gaming (5-0).

Masters R United maintained their winning trend after registering a massive 11-0 win against Ernst and Young who are still searching for their first points of the season. Chris Muscat scored a poker for Masters R United.

All Blacks are still lying in the middle of the table as they registered their fourth win of the season after seeing off Aston Birra 8-3. De Fonseca had the better of

Flutter as they won 5-3.

In group B, the leaders are still Leġġendarji AFC after obtaining a 5-0 walk-over against MAPFRE MSV Life.

Orthodox Wizards are still two points from the summit after winning 5-3 against Spartans in a well-fought match. Milos Andjelkovic, Milos Stevanovic and Nikola Stojanovski helped themselves with a brace.

La Famiglia had an easy outing against CFDS as they won 5-0 while Patatanaikos maintained their fourth position in the table after beating Azzurri 7-2.

Madballerz didn't find the going easy against Pentasia although they still won 4-3. Finally, Spurs returned to winning ways after beating Dynamo Lynx 12-5.
