Back to Origin, Monsoon AW22 Fashion Show

Monsoon rediscovered its rich heritage with the launching of their AW22 Collection. The show was titled Back to Origin to express how the brand took a journey back into their design past to recreate a collection of their best and most beloved pieces. From bohemian prints and embroidery to rich crushed velvets, soft knitwear and dazzling occasion wear the runway was lit with a stunning array of unique clothing. Models from size 8 up to size 20 showcased the collection as well as depicted how the brand is created for all body types and how they are embraced through their clothing. Both professional models and influencers/personalities strutted down the catwalk creating even further interest for guests to see. Hair was sponsored by Leonards Hair, Make up by Mac Cosmetics Malta, Shoes by Albano Sliema, tunes DJ Ziggy, drinks by Farsons using London Essence and Island 8 Gin along with delicious nibbles from The Happy Baker.

The show took place at the newly refurbished Swatar store, located at 35G, Calleja Street. The guests present viewed and shopped from the brand-new collection. It was an evening of fashion, fun, smiles and most importantly dedicated to a great cause – Pink October, breast cancer awareness, where proceeds from the event are to be given to Hospice Malta.
