In collaboration with renowned local winery Marsovin, this event promises an evening of gastronomic delight, spotlighting the flavours of local ingredients and some of the finest indigenous wines the island has to offer.

'Local' and 'indigenous' are two concepts that have gained a lot of importance over the last few years, evoking a sense of place and identity. This event promises a harmonious blend using the best of local flavours and seasonal ingredients expertly crafted by Head Chef Daniel Debattista and his talented culinary team. Some ingredients have even been grown in the hotel's own kitchen garden, in fact. Each delectable dish will be paired with fine Maltese wines from Marsovin Winery - a leading winery deeply rooted in Malta's viticultural history. Each carefully selected wine is produced using the local indigenous grape varieties - Girgentina and Gellewza and served from Magnum bottles.
