His professional portfolio is marked by significant roles with some of the world’s most prestigious international hotel chains. He has worked closely with industry visionaries and culinary masters, including several
Michelin-starred chefs. This diverse exposure has enriched his expertise and imbued him with a unique perspective on hospitality that combines global trends with impeccable standards of service.
Returning to the Maltese islands, Abela brings a visionary approach to his new role at Ta’ Ċenċ Hotel & Spa. His strategic foresight is expected to spearhead transformative changes at the hotel, introducing innovative practices and cutting-edge service methodologies.
