My role as a Concierge & Reservations at Nobil Luxury Boutique Hotel is to develop our relationship with the guests from before their arrival and often continuing after their departure.

WHAT DO YOU FIND MOST CHALLENGING ABOUT YOUR JOB?
What I ind most challenging about my job is to stand out as the Concierge for whom nothing is impossible. I believe that in a ive-star hotel, where perfection is a goal, the word “NO” should not exist. Other than that, I consider most important the ability to “read” our guests correctly. Finding the best suitable advice or recommendation can often be challenging.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT WORKING IN NOBIL LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL?
The best part of my job is that it is never the same. It is never boring. I enjoy meeting new people, with different requests, who are creating their own story, their own journey in Nobil Luxury Boutique Hotel. Knowing that the difference in their stay, contrived by me is valuable.
WHAT WAS YOUR PROUDEST MOMENT?
The proudest moment during my work at Nobil Luxury Boutique Hotel was when an important Guest needed special VIP services at the airport and an escort by police cortege to the hotel. I got this request on a Saturday evening and had to arrange it until Monday morning. Saturday and Sunday are days off in Moldova, so it was complicated to ind a way to accomplish this request. Nonetheless, I managed to get everything done on time, and the Guest was satisied.
