Golden Feather Awards takes place

The annual Golden Feather Awards and Festival, which selects Mongolia’s top literary works published within a given year, took place on January 9 at the Student Theater of the State University of Culture and Arts.

The Mongolian Writer’s Union organizes the Golden Feather every year.

Over 100 works have been considered for this year’s Golden Feather Awards and the winners were awarded in nine categories: poem, children’s novel, translated literary work, short novel, novel, play and film script, documentary novel, literary research, and literary critic.

Results of the Golden Feather Awards 2017:
