Mongolian and Cuban specialists to test vaccine against mites
Mongolian and Cuban animal disease specialists agreed to test new anti-mite vaccine together after a meeting held on March 14.
Earlier that day, director general of the Center for the Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology of the Republic of Cuba Eulogio Pimentel overviewed operations of the National Research Center of Zoonotic Diseases of Mongolia with the center’s executive manager and experts. They shared ideas for improving some products and projects of the National Research Center of Zoonotic Diseases, and recommended the center to establish cooperation with the Pedro Kouri Institute of Tropical Medicine.
Cuban Ambassador to Mongolia Raul Delgado Concepcion, who also attended the meeting, expressed to support the project between Mongolian and Cuban specialists.
