WAX SCULPTURE EXHIBITION OPENS IN DORNOGOVI PROVINCE
An exhibition of wax sculptures named "Kings of Kings” opened at the Museum, Research and Training Center of Dornogovi Province on March 17.
The exhibition tells the history of the Great Mongol Empire through wax sculptures of Chinggis Khaan, Queen Burte and their sons Zuchi, Uguudei, Tsagaadai and Tului, Chinggis Khaan’s brother Khasar, and friend of Chinggis Khaan Jamukha.
Mongolian sculptors led by Cultural Merit Artist D.Batmunkh created the sculptures four years ago and established the Wax Gallery of Chinggis Khaan in 2014 to showcase the history of the Chinggis Khaan to the public.
The exhibition in Dornogovi was organized with the help of Starsoft LLC’s “World Famous Mongolians" project.
The exhibition will be on view until March 29.
