National Basketball League concludes

The Mongolian National Basketball Association and the Mongolian Basketball Association have jointly organized the National Basketball League among 21 provinces for five months.

In the final round of the men’s tournament, winner of the western region Warriors of Altan Dornod of Arkhangai Province and winner of eastern region Sukhbaatar Alliance Tech of Sukhbaatar Province went toe to toe.

Warriors of Altan Dornod of Arkhangai defeated Sukhbaatar Alliance Tech 96:92. Warriors of Altan Dornod’s Robert Turner was named the Most Valuable Player of the league.

In the women’s final, Darkhan Burkhantiin Buganuud beat Arkhangai Ondilt 55:52. International Sports Master D.Ganzul of Darkhan Burkhantiin Buganuud became the Most Valuable Player.
