Mayor of Ulaanbaatar on a working visit to Europe

Mayor of Ulaanbaatar S.Batbold started his tour of European cities yesterday, beginning his visit in Warsaw, Poland.

The Mayor's Office reports that the main focus of his trip is to develop relations and cooperation between Ulaanbaatar and the European cities he will be visiting, with hopes of adapting to the standards followed abroad.

During his visit to Warsaw, Mayor S.Batbold met with Mayor of Warsaw Hanna Beata Gronkiewicz-Waltz to discuss improving cooperation between the two cities. While in Warsaw, he visited the city's wastewater treatment facilities.

The Mayor’s next stop on his tour is Budapest, Hungary.
