Mandalgovi Open Cup 2017 takes place in Dundgovi Province

On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Mongolian scientist, historian and philosopher Zava Damdin, Mandalgovi Open 2017 football tournament was organized in Mandalgovi soum of Dundgovi Province on August 5 and 6.

Over 100 players of 12 football teams participated in the tournament, including Soyombiin Barsuud, Darkhan City, Sumido FC, Mongoliin Temuulel, Khas Bank, Capitron Bank, Sentosa, Nalaikh District, Dornogovi Province, Umnugovi Province and Tuv Province.

Mongoliin Temuulel FC won the tournament and raised the winner’s cup. The team was followed by Capitron Bank, Darkhan City and Khas Bank.

Mandalgovi Football Club, Ikh Taliin Duulian NGO and SPS TV Channel jointly organized the tournament.
