‘The Karamazov Women’ wins The Parade of Winners monodrama festival

Actress of Kropka Theater in Poland Kamila Kaminska won the Grand Prix of The Parade of Winners 2017 international monodrama festival for her play “The Karamazov Women”.

The Parade of Winner 2017 international festival took place from October 2 to 9.

Artists from Poland, Kazakhstan, Tuva, Buryatia, Russia, Israel, Germany, South Korea and Mongolia participated in the festival and performed monodramas.

The Mongolian Monodrama Center, the State Academic Theater of Drama, the State Puppet Theater, and the State University of Arts and Culture jointly organized this year’s festival.

“The Karamazov Women” was written and directed based on Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s “The Brothers Karamazov”. Polish rising star Kamila Kaminska performed the winning play at the festival.
