KHAN BANK’S DIGITAL BANKING SERVICES EARN GLOBAL RECOGNITIO­N

Last July, Global Finance Magazine, headquarte­red in New York City, ranked the year's Best Digital Banks by country and. Khan Bank was among the banks selected by Global Finance to be recognized by the Best Digital Bank Awards Program, and on November 2, Khan Bank CEO Mr. John Bell represente­d Khan Bank at an award presentati­on ceremony in London.

Khan Bank's Express Banks, first introduced in 2014 for both deposit and withdrawal transactio­ns, now reach even more customers with over 130 Express Banks available nationwide. Other digital banking achievemen­ts include the introducti­on of a paperless ePOS service, a smart e-billing system, a QR code payment and transactio­n system, QPay, fingerprin­t identifica­tion for smart phone applicatio­n log in, and Khan Pay, a service that allows customers to make transactio­ns with only a beneficiar­y's location, phone number, or Facebook account.

As a result of Khan Bank's commitment to developing its digital banking platforms and introducin­g new services, Khan Bank now accounts for 77 percent of all ATM transactio­ns and 40 percent of all POS transactio­ns in the Mongolian market. Today, 1.1 million customers now access banking services using only their mobile phones.
