Tower crane falls and injures pedestrian
A man was injured by a falling tower crane on Monday at a construction site in Saruul Town, located in the 26th khoroo of Bayanzurkh District.
The man is receiving treatment at the Hospital of Injury and Trauma.
When asked about the incident, the Ulaanbaatar Emergency Department reported, “We received a report about a crane collapsing during a construction work at a building in Saruul Town at 5:45 p.m. on April 16. We immediately sent a response team. Right now, one injured person is being taken to the hospital by an ambulance. A rescue unit is working at the site.”
