Czech and Mongolia to strengthen trade and economic cooperation
State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs D.Davaasuren held a meeting with Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic Eduard Muricky on October 8 in Ulaanbaatar to talk about bilateral relations.
During their meeting, the sides discussed bilateral relations and cooperation in the areas of trade, economy, agriculture, energy and education.
Eduard expressed his satisfaction with the current state of bilateral traditional relations and cooperation. Both officials noted that the two countries have potentials to expand economic cooperation further.
The Czech delegates led by Eduard will take part in the Mongolia-Czech business forum, which will be held on October 11 in Ulaanbaatar.
More than 20 representatives from nearly 10 Czech enterprises operating in the areas of water purification, machinery, small scale farming equipment, banking, transportation and freight arrived in Ulaanbaatar to participate in the business forum.
D.Davaasuren underlined that since 2012, the two countries have been organizing the business forum to promote cooperation between entrepreneurs of the two countries.
On October 9, Eduard addressed Expo Mongolia 2018 Conference, which is taking from October 9 to 11 at the Misheel Expo in Ulaanbaatar.
