‘In search of the secret’ premiers

On the occasion of the 397th anniversary of Ulaanbaatar, the children’s play “In Search of the Secret” by N.Mandal premiered on October 26 within the framework of The City of Arts project.

The play is aimed at spreading and passing down Mongolian cultural heritage in the form of riddles, which are on the verge of being forgotten and the play script was chosen as the best work in the competition for play scripts that are dedicated to children.

Directed by Foremost Cultural Worker M.Ariuntuya, the play is choreographed by Kh.Khashkhuu and the music was composed by V.Battulga. The play has made modern variations to the age old plot by using hologram technology for staging the play. Moreover, the play is to be presented to more than 20,000 children from nine districts of Ulaanbaatar.
