German-Mongolian consultative meeting held
Aregular consultative meeting between the Mongolian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Federal Foreign Office of Germany (FOG) took place on October 29 in Berlin.
The meeting’s delegations were led by State Secretary of the MFA D.Davaasuren and Deputy Director General for East Asia, South East Asia and Pacific Division at the FOG Petra Sigmund.
During the meeting, the sides held talks on advancing bilateral comprehensive partnership and cooperation. They also discussed maintaining high-level visits and dialogues related to cooperation in the defense, trade and economic, culture, education, technology, and consular affairs between the two countries.
State Secretary D.Davaasuren handed over a consular patent to German citizen Stefan Schmitz, Mongolia’s honorary consul to represent Mongolia to a district of Germany’s North Rhine-Westphalia State.
