Surprise for guitarist D.Otgonbayar

Similar to the viral video of the 1,000 drummers’ cover of a Nirvana song for the band in America, 300 guitarists covered a Victor Tsoi song as a tribute to the artists in Russia. Mongolian notable musicians have put on a similar tribute for guitarist D.Otgonbayar on November 8, who 10 years ago wrote the famed song “Chamd Taalagdakhiin Tuld”.

To surprise the musician, famed Mongolian bands such as Chono, Kharanga, Khurd and others collaborated with musicians S.Naran, S.Serchmaa, B.Chinbat and Team Otgoo participants from “The Voice of Mongolia” to deliver the tribute. The band Chono has thanked Brand Media Group and Ace Entertainment for putting the whole project together and posted two videos on their social media page.
