Foreign ambassadors present their credentials to Present Kh.Battulga
On November 28, President Kh.Battulga received credentials from Ambassador the Netherlands Ed Kronenburg, Ambassador of Morocco Aziz Mekouar, Ambassador of Brazil Paulo Estivallet de Mesquita, Ambassador of Niger Inoussa Moustapha, Ambassador of Ghana Edward Boateng, Ambassador of Chile Luis Schmidt Montes, and Ambassador of Cyprus Antonis Toumazis. They are nonresident ambassadors based in Beijing, China.
After receiving the ambassadors’ letters of credence, the president held meetings with them to discuss the relations and cooperation between Mongolia and their respective countries.
In the meetings with ambassadors of Brazil, Morocco and the Netherlands, President Kh.Battulga discussed developing mutual cooperation in agriculture, tourism, and energy sectors.
Kh.Battulga underlined the important role of ambassadors in intensifying the implementation of some joint projects and wished success in their further diplomatic mission.
He asked the ambassadors to focus their efforts for developing the relations and cooperation between their countries and Mongolia in all possible areas at all levels.
The president exchanged views on the development of mutually beneficial cooperation with the new ambassadors from Chile, Ghana, Cyprus and Niger.
He noted the importance of their efforts in broadening bilateral social and economic ties and people-to-people relations.
The president asked these ambassadors to pay more visits to Mongolia to explore mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities between Mongolia and their respective countries.
The new ambassadors made commitments to strengthening bilateral relations in possible areas.
