3 times higher daily transaction limit set

People can now transfer up to three million MNT a day via the internet, following the National Electronic Transaction Center’s new decision.

Earlier this week, the National Electronic Transaction Center of Mongol Bank tripled the daily limit for online transaction to three million MNT to meet public requests. The decision was made after conducting a thorough study and estimation, according to the center.

Customers are allowed to make online transactions any time of the day and the transaction will be completed in less than four seconds regardless of the location or date, said a spokesperson for the National Electronic Transaction Center.

The center hopes that the new limit will promote the public use of online payment systems.
